Our team is committed to creating a comfortable environment for our Tenants. Our Owners in turn are content in knowing that their assets are being managed in the most efficient manner. Being a small organization allows for a unique hands-on detailed approach to property management.
220 Bay Management Inc. contracts Pro-Tech Building Services, Mr. David Tripodi, one of the best building technicians in the industry. In addition, Susan Ungurean of Legacy Accounting has been with 220 Bay Management Inc. since 1996. Veronika Mavec has been a part of 220 Bay Management Inc. since the beginning, initially alongside Derek Buck.
